NO! Kars-R-Us protects your charity against any potential cost or loss. All vehicles are picked up by a licensed and bonded vehicle transport company, and is sold by licensed and insured auction and salvage companies.
Are there any out-of-pocket fees or expenses?
NO! Towing fees, auction fees, minor repairs, documentation fees, etc. are deducted from the proceeds when the donated car, truck or van is sold.

Lisa has over 20 years’ experience managing car donation programs. She’s in charge of getting top dollar for every donation, no matter if it’s an old Junker or a $20,000 Porsche!
What We Do
The combination of cost-effective marketing, and top dollar auction sales, provides the Charities we support with the highest percentage of return from the vehicles sold at auction.
At KRU, we never ask the Charity to write a check. We pay for all promotion and marketing costs (the cost for paid ads are deducted from the proceeds of sales). The auction houses that handle the donated vehicles deduct their fees from the proceeds of sale. And the Kars-R-Us fundraising fees are likewise deducted from sales proceeds. No upfront costs, and no out-of-pocket expenses… it’s as simple as that!
Donation calls are handled by a professional Call Center that’s available 24/7. We follow up with every donor to answer additional questions and to insure they received prompt, friendly service from the transport company assigned to pick up their vehicle.
